Check-in is possible from 15.00. If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage and you can make use of our parking. Early check-in is possible if our occupancy allows it. You can check in online in advance, which will make the check-in process smoother upon arrival.
Check-out is possible until 11.00. On the day of departure, we can store your luggage so you can pick it up later in the day. You can also make use of the parking until 23.00. This way, you can fully enjoy your last day of your stay.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Parking is available for an additional fee of €16 per night. We have 150 parking spaces.
The hotel is located at Koningin Astridlaan 7, 8400 Ostend, Belgium.
Thermae Palace Hotel has a restaurant called Brasserie Albert. Brasserie Albert is open every day from 10.30 to 22.00. Availability is limited, so it is strongly recommended to make a reservation in advance.
The hotel does not have a wellness center. We do have a sauna. You can book the sauna for 1,5 hours and it costs €30 for max. 4 persons.
WiFi is available in all the hotel rooms and all the public areas of the hotel.

The extensive breakfast buffet is served daily between 7.00 and 10.00. The price of the breakfast is €25 per person for adults and €15 for children up to 12 years old.
Yes, we do have a bike storage. Upon checking in, you can ask at the reception and they can inform you where it is at.
The fitness center is located on the first floor and can be used freely between 8.00 and 22.00.

It is certainly possible to get a gift voucher for the hotel or the brasserie. We would ask you to contact the reception at info@thermaepalace.be regarding these vouchers.

We do not have charging stations in our parking lot, but we can refer you to the nearest charging points in the area.
Yes, the hotel has several meeting rooms. Groups of 2 up to 350 people can have meetings and events at the hotel. Please send an email to groups@thermaepalace.be for more information.
The details of the project are not yet known, but we can guarantee that we will definitely be open until the end of 2026. So be sure to visit us again.
